ID: 63661294 Shift: 08:00-16:30 Description: - RN - Case Manager (917) - Wesley Medical Center - 8A - 4:30P**Director is seeking Meditech and Midas experience**No weekends are required Unit Information: Case Management / (917) Location: Wesley Medical Center Address: 550 N Hillside St, Wichita, KS 67214 Floor: CPCU (3rd) & PCU (4th) - Step Down Units Building: 1 General Information Tell us about the unit(s): Number of Beds - CPCU - 14 beds, PCU- 14 beds Number of Staff 1 Type of staff: Day Shift M-F 8-4:30 Night Shift - Patient Ratios 1:14 Type of equipment - EMR Meditech and Midas Typical hiring profile Skill Set Most recruited for: (Travel RNs, local CNAs and sitters) Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role. Minimum 1-year current acute Care Case Manager RN experience RN or Licensed social worker BLS Active KS licensure Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first. Midas and HCA case management experience Prior HCA Hospital experience List typical procedures performed on unit(s): Case management assessment Discharge planning Best personality Fit: Flexible, this is a very busy, fast paced environment that is constantly changing Unit Guidelines/ feel free to attach unit policies and guidelines. Any additional information that would entice a worker to select your unit for their assignment: These units have consistent physicians and mid-levels to work closely with.CPCU is our cardiac step-down unit and where our CABG and TAVR patients go.There are some post-acute placements, but many go home with cardiac rehab. PCU- is a medical step-down unit with a variety of patients. Overall, our case management team is very welcoming, very collaborative and helpful.
