As a Mid-Level Medical Provider, you'll be an integral part of our patient care model, providing OB/GYN services across clinic sites and our mobile unit. You'll conduct well-woman exams, prenatal care, STI testing and treatment, and patient education. You'll also collaborate with our Clinic Director, supervise medical volunteers, and support medical assistants.
This role requires adaptability, empathy, and a deep commitment to caring for underserved populations.
What Success Looks Like In your first 90 days, you'll confidently provide care across multiple sites, build rapport with staff and patients, and begin OB training if needed. Over time, you'll help create clinic coverage that ensures no patient is turned away and no team member feels alone. Your impact will be felt in the quality of care you give-and the compassion you bring to every encounter.

Pay Transparency Statement The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below. Claris Health's pay ranges vary based on work location. As part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants.
