2nd Shift Forklift Operator Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $ 17.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Weekend work required
• Second Shift

Popular Clothing Merchandiser is seeking Forklift Operators-Order Fulfillment Associates for their busy facility in Lynchburg.

Full-time schedule: Monday - Friday as early as 11am and as late as 9pm depending on your department schedule

Some weekends will be required as needed Associate earns an extra $1.00 per hour for weekend hours - THAT'S $18/hr FOR WEEKEND SHIFTS

2nd Shift Forklift Operator Qualifications:

• Drives sit-down and stand-up forklifts, and other industrial vehicles such as cherry-pickers and automated pallet jacks as needed.
• Maintains clean work area.
• Pallet building and pallet picks.
• Loads goods onto conveyer belts.
• Stacks crates, pallets, lumber, or other material.
• Ensures the safe and efficient movement of goods.
• Follows safety regulations and company guidelines.
• Checks that loads are centered and properly stacked.
• Determines when repairs need to be made on equipment.
• Rotates stock so that oldest items are shipped or sold first.
• Loads and unloads product from and onto tractor trailers, rail cars, and cargo ships.
• Quality assurance (QA) duties, including reporting product damage and shortages.
• Entry Level-No warehouse picking, packing experience is required. (Training will be provided)
• Able to lift, bend, stand, stoop, and squat
• No HS Diploma is needed
• Lift up to 25-50lbs repetitively
• Ability to read labels Reliable and has a great attendance record

• Applicant may be subject to a background check
• Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
